At the same time, it establishes that certain Argentine state assets cannot be used as collateral for these operations. Among the protected assets are central bank reserves and accounts, assets linked to the provision of essential public services, and revenues obtained from taxes and royalties. The text also authorizes the Treasury and Finance Secretariats to define the financing conditions, contract the institutions involved, and manage the instruments necessary for the operations. Milei sustains himself through the disorganization of the opposition and loses strength amid internal crises.
