Sheila Mello reveals new privately owned apartment in São Paulo

Dancer Sheila Mello announced the acquisition of her new privately owned apartment in São Paulo. After a period of living in a rented property, the artist decided to invest in a personalized space to meet the needs of her daily routine and her daughter, Brenda, marking a new phase in her personal and financial life.

The move comes after the artist left a 110 m² apartment in the Higienópolis neighborhood. At that time, the property served as a symbol of a fresh start for the family following her separation from Fernando Scherer, known as Xuxa. After a transition period in a smaller property, Sheila decided to fulfill her goal of having a residence that was truly her own.

The renovation project for the new home was developed by architect Patrícia Moreno. The planning sought to combine functionality and warmth, using an analytical technique to understand the emotional and practical needs of the residents. The core objective was to create an environment that provided comfort and an immediate sense of belonging upon entering the house.

To balance professional and domestic life, the project included an intelligent solution for the living room. The dancer, who needs space for recordings, will have an 'invisible' dance studio. The system uses a discreet retractable backdrop, allowing the room to function as a living area and, when necessary, transform into a recording set with natural lighting.

Brenda's bedroom also received special attention, with decor geared toward the young girl's adolescent phase. The teenager actively participated in the choices, seeking an environment that reflected her personality and could be used for a long time, moving away from purely childish aesthetics.

In addition to the private spaces, the residence's gourmet area was designed to be a family gathering point. The dancer emphasized the importance of having a suitable place to host her siblings and family, reinforcing the welcoming character that the new architectural project seeks to impart throughout the house.
