Digital influencer Viih Tube, 25, and her husband, Eliezer, 36, presented details of their new residence in the Granja Viana region, in Cotia, São Paulo. The property was designed to serve as a luxury refuge for the couple and their two children, Lua and Ravi, integrating modern architecture with direct contact with the region's preserved nature.
The great highlight of the outdoor area is an organic-design pool that simulates a private beach. The project includes the so-called 'beach effect,' with a gentle ramp entry to ensure children's safety, as well as light-toned natural stone cladding, LED lighting, and hydromassage points. The space is complemented by a large wooden deck for relaxation.
The house's structure, which has over 2,000 square meters of built area, prioritizes integration with the garden. With the use of large glass panels and double-height ceilings, the residence allows natural light to fill the interior environments, connecting the living room directly to the outdoor leisure area.
For family entertainment, the property offers complete leisure infrastructure. Among the highlights are a private cinema, an equipped gym, and an integrated gourmet space, which features a barbecue grill and pizza oven, ideal for social gatherings.
Designed especially for the children's development, the mansion also features a large themed playroom. The project combines contemporary luxury with the style of a country house, surrounded by tropical landscaping that ensures total privacy for the couple.
