Czech tennis player Marketa Vondrousova, the 2023 Wimbledon champion, has been suspended for four years by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) after refusing an out-of-competition doping test in December 2025. Despite claiming mental health issues and concerns for her safety, an independent tribunal concluded that there was no compelling justification for the refusal.
