Police arrest group that stole from bus passengers in Curitiba The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) launched an operation on Tuesday morning (30) against a criminal organization that stole from passengers at Curitiba tube stations. The victims were mainly the elderly. In all, 49 judicial warrants are being served, with 22 for arrest and 27 for search and seizure. By early morning, 13 suspects had been arrested. Police have not released the identities of those detained. According to the investigation, the group had been operating since 2017 at the capital's tube stations and bus terminals.
