The accident happened around 5 am between Avenida Portugal and Rua Orlando Silva. According to the police report, Fabiana Maria de Souza was riding her motorcycle when she was hit in the neck by the steel cable, fell from the motorcycle, and died at the scene.

After the conclusion of the forensic examinations, the motorcycle was released to the victim's brother. The body of Fabiana will be buried this Monday (22), in Ribeirão Preto.
