The list will be made available in the Municipal Official Gazette, on the city hall website, and on social media. From the date the list is published, affected taxpayers will have 60 days to file a restitution request. The request can be made in digital format through the IPM system, or in person at the Citizen Service Center. The request will require an official photo ID (RG or CNH), CPF, updated proof of residence, detailed bank information for the deposit, or the municipal debt statement for compensation purposes. If identified taxpayers do not file a formal request within the 60-day period, the remaining funds will be allocated to the Municipal Basic Sanitation and Environment Fund of Campo Largo. The city hall will have up to 120 days, counting from the ratification of the agreement, to prove to the Public Ministry the fulfillment of all agreed obligations, by presenting reports of payments, compensations, and deposits of the remaining balance.
