Thief steals TV and leaves electronic ankle monitor behind after breaking into a house in Paraná
A man broke into a house in Cianorte, in Northwestern Paraná, stole a television, and left his own electronic ankle monitor behind.
The incident happened in the early hours of this Sunday (28), and the monitoring equipment may help the police identify the suspect.

According to the Military Police, the 40-year-old resident stated that he had left the house and, upon returning around 4:15 a.m., found the living room door just ajar.
A 32-inch television was taken from the property.
Upon inspecting the residence, the victim found, next to the TV stand where the device was located, an electronic ankle monitor and the equipment charger, which were allegedly left behind by the perpetrator of the theft.

Paraná Military Police
The ankle monitor was seized and sent to the 21st Police Subdivision (SDP), where it will undergo analysis to help identify the suspect.
The Military Police searched the region, but no one had been arrested by the latest update of this report.
