Man caught puncturing all four car tires in São Roque A man was caught by security cameras slashing all four tires of a woman's car in downtown São Roque (SP). The attack happened on the morning of June 16, on Rua Theodomiro de Moraes.
According to the police report, the crime took place around 8:40 AM. Security footage shows that, right after slashing the tires, the man walked up the street and entered his own business. The crime was registered at the São Roque Police Station as property damage.
