  • Arracacha Cream (Mandioquinha)
    Suggested ingredients: Arracacha and kale.
    Quick preparation: 1. Cook the arracacha until soft; 2. Blend in a blender with some of the cooking water; 3. Finish with chopped kale and seasonings of your choice.
    Tip: Add a pinch of nutmeg to enhance the flavor of the cream.
  • Lentil Soup with Vegetables
    Suggested ingredients: Carrot and onion.
    Quick preparation: 1. Sauté the onion and carrot in cubes; 2. Add the lentils and water; 3. Cook until the grains are soft.

  • Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie (Escondidinho)
